General Facilities: Semi traditional stern narrowboat, great for one couple ot two. Permanent double in rear cabin. Bathroom with W.C., wash basin and shower. Dining table area converts into a double bed. Fully fitted galley including oven with grill, hob and under counter fridge. The cosy saloon area with 'L' shaped seating (can double as an occasional single bed for a 5th person). Large foredeck. Carpets and central heating throughout. Radio/CD player and colour TV/DVD supplied. 240 volt inverter to supply power for fridge and TV (you may plug small appliance in - maximum 2000 watts only). Basic provisions can be provided and paid for on arrival if required.

Hire times: Departure is normally 2.30pm Saturday, to return by 10.00am the following Saturday.

Training: Comprehensive instruction provided. We accompany you at the first set of locks (usually day 2) until you are completely comfortable with their operation.

Price: Prices quoted are INCLUSIVE of diesel and gas (and fuel for the stove), car parking (max. 2 cars per boat), towels and bedding, buoyancy aids on request. A refundable security deposit is also payable on arrival (see below). Arranging your own personal and cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Pets: Are welcome. One pet is allowed free of charge, then £20 per pet per week, maximum 2 (or 3 minature).

Security Deposit: A £100 refundable loss and breakages Security Deposit is payable on arrival in cash.

Single-sex Groups: Only with prior permission from the boatyard. Please check at time of booking.

Payment: To book your holiday, you will be requested to pay a booking deposit of 25% of the basic hire cost. The balance of hire will then become due for payment no later than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the start date will require full payment at the time of booking.

Please note there is a 2% surcharge for credit card payments or no charge for debit card transactions.
