General Facilities: Plenty of room for all the crew both in the cabins and out on deck. These three very popular boats are very popular with the family having two and three children. Rear bunks can convert to a double berth or make an additional top bunk (suitable for children only) . 'Bullrush' is carpeted. Each berth is provided with an under blanket, fitted sheet, duvet and cover, pillow and pillowcase. Extra bedding is always available. The well equipped galley has stainless steel sink, full size cooker with grill and large oven, easy clean worktops, electric refrigerator, generous storage space and a full inventory of hotel crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Colour TV, DVD player and a CD, radio/cassette.

240 Mains Voltage: there is a 200 watt output inverter with household square pin sockets, which means that you will be able to recharge Ni-Cd battery packs as used for mobile phones and camcorders and operate low consumption appliances such as electric razors. Full central heating via radiators. 12v hair dryer. WiFi: Mobile Wifi can be fitted on this boat (devices are subject to availability and are NOT available during the Winter months) - please request this at the time of booking if required. There is a £75 refundable deposit payable on arrival for the Wifi (1GB free, then top-up).

Hire Periods: The hire period starts between 1.30pm and 3.00pm (please notify the boatyard well in advance if you need to pick your boat up after 4.00pm). We hope to have the boat ready at 1.30pm, but this may depend on any extra cleaning, maintenance work or training required. The boat must be returned by 9.30am on the last day of hire (or before dusk on the previous evening / afternoon if more convenient).

Pets: We regret no pets allowed on Bullrush. Pets are welcome on Willow, but please provide your own blankets/baskets. They are not allowed on seating or beds and may not be left unattended. Pets are not covered under the company's insurance policy and the Hirer shall be liable for the cost of any damage or extra cleaning required. A maximum of 2 pets per boat.

Pet charges for Willow:
Short Break - £20 for the first pet and £10 for the second
Week - £30 for the first and £15 for the second
10/11 nights - £40 for the first and £25 for the second
2 weeks - £45 for the first and £30 for the second
17/18 nights - £55 for the first and £40 for the second
3 weeks - £60 for the first and £45 for the second

Price includes: Boat Insurance Damage Waiver, tuition cruise including passage through a lock British Waterways licence and lock pass (Principle exception River Thames) Fuel (gas & diesel), car parking, toilet pump out on second week, buoyancy aids, cot sides, bed linen, colour TV & DVD player, radio, CD & Cassette Player, toilet rolls, cleaning materials and VAT.

To make a booking: A deposit of 20% of the hire cost is payable to secure your booking, with the balance of hire due for payment 8 weeks before your holiday start date.

Age Limits: We regret that bookings by skippers aged under 21 cannot be accepted on this boat.
The minimum age when hiring our boats from Linslade depends on the size of the craft as follows:-
Up to 5 berths - must be aged 21yrs +...... 6 to 8 berths - must be aged 25yrs +.
PLEASE NOTE: For all single sex groups or three or more and/or when hiring more than one boat, at least two crew members per boat must be aged over 30yrs + and a £250.00 security deposit per boat is charged. The deposit will be returned at the end of the holiday less any deductions for damage or breakages, if there are any. This charge may also be requested for some non-family groups, at the discretion of the boatyard. All single sex crews of three or more and multi-boat bookings are taken with permisson from the boatyard only.

Cancellation Protection Scheme: (for UK customers only) This is an optional scheme which gives you the right under certain circumstances to cancel your holiday at any time before you start. In this event you are absolved of all liability under the conditions of hire for any balance of charges due, and if part or all of such charges have already been paid, they will be refunded. If you have opted into the Cancellation Protection Scheme, you have the right to cancel your holiday without giving any reason up to 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
Within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday, the qualifying circumstances are:
Death, injury or illness (certified in all cases by a qualified medical practitioner), jury service or witness call of any member of the party listed on the booking form at the time of booking; Death, injury or illness (certified in all cases by a qualified medical practitioner) of the spouse, parent, step-parent, brother,sister, child, step-child, parent-in-law or fiance of the hirer or any member of the party; Redundancy of the hirer, providing that the hirer qualifies for payment under the Redundancy Payment Act 1965.
