Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: The hire period begins between 2.30pm and 4.00pm (latest) on the start day, returning your boat by 9.00am on the last day of hire.

When booking more than 10 weeks in advance, a booking deposit of between £125 and £180 is payable at the time of booking (varies based on total holiday cost). The balance of hire (or full payment) is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Damage waiver and fuel deposits are payable with the balance of hire, 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Optional Extras:

Pet Charges, per pet: £35 per week or £25 per short break. Pet buoyancy aids can be provided at reception (with a £10 refundable deposit), subject to availability.
Car parking: £15 per week or £10 per short break.
Sailing Dinghy: £70 per week or £45 per short break.
Rowing Boat: £55 per week or £30 per short break.

Boat Description:

Highlights: Ladymore is a compact 'no-frills' cruiser - most comfortable for two people, but can accommodate a small family by use of the dinette double bed (best suited to children). Patio doors to spacious rear sundeck, cockpit seating and bathing platform. Fixed hard top over, incorporating sunroof. Warm air heating, TV and DVD player, radio/CD player. Hairdryer. There is a 12V socket for mobile phones etc (12V car lead required), inverter provides limited 240V power. Bicycles permitted with prior permission (please note that storage space onboard is limited).
Please note that this boat will not pass under Wroxham or Potter Heigham Bridges (bridge clearance height of 8ft 6ins).

Saloon: Open plan saloon and galley. Dinette area converts to a double bed at night if required (best suited to children). LCD TV/DVD and radio/CD player are available in the saloon.

Galley: Well equipped galley with 2 ring gas hob, oven and grill. Fridge with small icebox

Cabins: Forward cabin with either two singles or one double bed (singles are 6ft 2in x 2ft 3in / double (with V-insert) is 6ft 2in x 6ft 6in at widest point). Additional make-up double in the saloon area if required (6ft 3in x 3ft 6 in).

Bathroom: Flush toilet, hot shower and hand basin.

Additional Costs:

Non refundable damage waiver: £30. This negates the hirer from any liability to pay for loss of/or accidental damage to the boat or its equipment, but not malicious damage, loss of equipment by negligence or return of the boat in an unclean condition, which will incur an extra payment.
Fuel Deposit: £60 payable with the balance. At the end of your holiday, the balance of any fuel remaining will be refunded to you electronically or any extra fuel used above your fuel deposit will be charged for on return.
Refundable Security Deposit: Please note that for all male or all female parties and for younger mixed parties aged 25 or under, a security deposit of £250 is payable on arrival instead of the damage waiver.
