Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: Arrive between 2.30pm - 3.30pm, returning your boat by 9.00am to vacate by 9.30am on the last day of hire. A deposit of 25% of your total holiday price with the balance of hire due 6 weeks before your arrival date. Payment can be made with a credit card or debit card (we do not accept American Express).
No personal or holiday insurance is included. It is recommended that you arrange your own cancellation protection to avoid loss of the holiday cost due to cancellation by yourself in the event of unforseen circumstances.
Minimum age: 20 years for any boat hirer. NOTE: For some younger groups and for all single-sex groups (except for couples) there may be a security deposit of £100 per person payable on arrival in cash or by PayPal. This is refundable on return of the boat on time, clean and without any negligent damage to the boat and contents.

Boat Description:

Highlights: A 38ft narrowboat, suitable for novices. This boat has undergone a complete refit in 2015.
Radiator central heating. Full inventory of domestic items including washing up liquid, scouring pads, dishcloths, tea towels, cream cleaner and toilet rolls. 240 volt electric supply through standard domestic three pin sockets, plus integral hairdryer.

Saloon: The saloon two bench seats, which can be made up as a double or two singles in the evening, if required. There is a TV/DVD and stereo radio/CD player.

Galley: Well equipped galley area, with a full-size four burner cooker with overhead extractor and fridge with freezer compartment. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots & pans etc.

Cabins: One rear cabin with a cross over double bed. There is storage for clothes with a wardrobe, airing cupboard and a locker.

Bathroom: Separate shower cubicle and flushing toilet with wash basin.

Additional Costs:

There are no additional costs.
