Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: The hire period begins between 2.00pm and 4.00pm (latest) on the start day, returning your boat by 9.00am on the last day of hire.

When booking more than 10 weeks in advance, a booking deposit of between £125 and £180 is payable at the time of booking (varies based on total holiday cost). The balance of hire (or full payment) is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Damage waiver and fuel deposits are payable with the balance of hire, 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Optional Extras:

Pet Charges, per pet: £35 per week or £25 per short break. Pet buoyancy aids can be provided at reception (with a £10 refundable deposit), subject to availability.
Car parking: £15 per week or £10 per short break.
Sailing Dinghy: £70 per week or £45 per short break.
Rowing Boat: £55 per week or £30 per short break.

Boat Description:

Highlights: A 'no frills' cruiser, ideal for larger parties or family groups. Single level interior with easy access from front and rear footwells. Rear double doors. Split sliding roof over the large, practical saloon area - a good sociable space. Bow thruster for excellent handling. Facilities include TV/DVD, CD/radio, hairdryer, Diesel-fired warm air heating. Onboard inverter provides 240v power for household appliances with 3-pin plus sockets. Bicycles permitted with prior permission (please note that storage space onboard is limited).
Ultima should pass under all bridges at suitable tides (bridge clearance height with screens up is 6ft 10ins).

Saloon: Open plan forward saloon plus spacious rear additional dining/sitting area, each with comfortable seating around the two dining tables. Both dining tables convert into double beds at night if required. The forward saloon features a split sliding roof for Al Fresco dining whilst sheltering guests from any breeze by opening one side or the other (or both). Steps lead up from both saloons to provide front and rear access to the boat. LCD TV/DVD and radio/CD are provided.

Galley: Spacious well equipped galley with 4-ring gas burner, medium oven and grill. Electric under-counter fridge with small freezer box. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils for twelve people.

Cabins: 2 double bedrooms plus one bedroom with two single bunks. Two additional dinette doubles in forward and rear saloons, giving a total of 4 doubles (including the two dinettes) plus 4 singles. Some single berths may be unsuitable for adults. Beds measure at least 6ft 2in in length.

Bathroom: Three bathrooms each with flush toilet and shower.

Additional Costs:

Non refundable damage waiver: £40. This negates the hirer from any liability to pay for loss of/or accidental damage to the boat or its equipment, but not malicious damage, loss of equipment by negligence or return of the boat in an unclean condition, which will incur an extra payment.
Fuel Deposit: £150 payable with the balance. At the end of your holiday, the balance of any fuel remaining will be refunded to you electronically or any extra fuel used above your fuel deposit will be charged for on return.
Refundable Security Deposit: Please note that for all male or all female parties and for younger mixed parties aged 25 or under, a security deposit of £500 is payable on arrival instead of the damage waiver.
