Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: The hire period begins between 2.30pm and 4.00pm (latest) on the start day, returning your boat by 9.00am on the last day of hire.

When booking more than 10 weeks in advance, a booking deposit of between £125 and £180 is payable at the time of booking (varies based on total holiday cost). The balance of hire (or full payment) is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Damage waiver and fuel deposits are payable with the balance of hire, 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Optional Extras:

Pet Charges, per pet: £35 per week or £25 per short break. Pet buoyancy aids can be provided at reception (with a £10 refundable deposit), subject to availability.
Car parking: £15 per week or £10 per short break.
Sailing Dinghy: £70 per week or £45 per short break.
Rowing Boat: £55 per week or £30 per short break.

Boat Description:

Highlights: A 'no-frills' cruiser suitable for a couple or family with children. Spacious cruiser with sheltered sun-trap cockpit. Large opening sun hatch. Wide side deck and good stern access. Facilities include TV/DVD player, CD player/radio, hairdryer, Diesel-fired warm air heating. Bow thruster assisted for excellent manoeuvreability. Inverter provides 240v power with 3-pin sockets. Bicycles permitted with prior permission (please note that storage space onboard is limited).
Please note that this boat will not pass under Potter Heigham or Wroxham bridges (bridge clearance height is 8ft 6ins).

Saloon: Comfortable saloon with circular sofa and central dining table which lowers to make a second double bed at night if required (6ft round). LCD digital freeview TV/DVD and radio.

Galley: Modern, fully-equipped galley with small electric fridge and freezer box, 4 ring gas hob, small grill and combi-oven.

Cabins: Permanent double bed (6ft x 4ft) at rear of main cabin area below sun-deck, with sitting headroom only - curtain separation from main saloon.

Bathroom: One bathroom with a shower, toilet and hand basin.

Additional Costs:

Non refundable damage waiver: £30. This negates the hirer from any liability to pay for loss of/or accidental damage to the boat or its equipment, but not malicious damage, loss of equipment by negligence or return of the boat in an unclean condition, which will incur an extra payment.
Fuel Deposit: £100, payable with your balance of hire. At the end of your holiday, the balance of any fuel remaining will be refunded to you electronically or any extra fuel used above your fuel deposit will be charged for on return.
Refundable Security Deposit: Please note that for all male or all female parties and for younger mixed parties aged 25 or under, a security deposit of £250 is payable on arrival instead of the damage waiver.
