Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: The hire period begins between 2.00pm and 4.00pm (latest) on the start day, returning your boat by 9.00am on the last day of hire.

When booking more than 10 weeks in advance, a booking deposit of between £125 and £180 is payable at the time of booking (varies based on total holiday cost). The balance of hire (or full payment) is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Damage waiver and fuel deposits are payable with the balance of hire, 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Optional Extras:

Pet Charges, per pet: £35 per week or £25 per short break. Pet buoyancy aids can be provided at reception (with a £10 refundable deposit), subject to availability.
Car parking: £15 per week or £10 per short break.
Sailing Dinghy: £70 per week or £45 per short break.
Rowing Boat: £55 per week or £30 per short break.

Boat Description:

Highlights: Ideal for families with small children or a group of friends. Comfortable centre cockpit cruiser and electric sliding roof canopy with good all round visibility. Diesel-fired warm air heating. A hairdryer is provided. There is a 12V socket for mobile phones etc (12V car lead required). Inverter provides 240V power with 3-pin sockets. Bicycles permitted with prior permission (please note that storage space onboard is limited).
Should pass under all bridges, except for Potter Heigham, at suitable tides (bridge clearance height with canopy and screens lowered is 6ft 10ins).

Saloon: Raised open-plan saloon with a dinette table with comfy seating. LCD TV/DVD, radio/CD player are all available in the saloon.

Galley: Well-equipped galley with four burner gas hob, microwave, grill and large oven. Cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils are provided. There are 2 under-counter fridges with freezer box.

Cabins: Four cabins. Forward en-suite cabin offers one permanent double and one single bed. Two cabins have permanent double beds. One rear cabin has a flexible layout which can either be configured as a double or two singles (beds are a minimum of 6ft in length).

Bathroom: Two bathrooms, both with a flush toilet, shower and wash basin. Forward bathroom has a small bath.

Additional Costs:

Non refundable damage waiver: £40. This negates the hirer from any liability to pay for loss of/or accidental damage to the boat or its equipment, but not malicious damage, loss of equipment by negligence or return of the boat in an unclean condition, which will incur an extra payment.
Fuel Deposit: £200, payable with your balance of hire. At the end of your holiday, the balance of any fuel remaining will be refunded to you electronically or any extra fuel used above your fuel deposit will be charged for on return.
Refundable Security Deposit: Please note that for all male or all female parties and for younger mixed parties aged 25 or under, a security deposit of £500 is payable on arrival instead of the damage waiver.
