Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: The boat should be ready to collect at 1.30pm and needs to be returned by 9.30am on the last day of your hire.
A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required. The balance of hire is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Boat Description:

Highlights: 55ft narrowboat ideal for couples or a family group.
The boat has full radiator heating and 12v electricity on board.

Saloon: Spacious saloon with sofa seating and table, which can either be used as two single beds or converted into a double berth in the evening if required. There is a TV/Radio/DVD player on board.

Galley: A fully equipped kitchen with a four ring gas hob, oven, grill, fridge and sink/drainer.

Cabins: The rear cabin has a permanent double and either a further double or 4 single berths (including 2 bunks) in the centre cabin. Bed linen is provided.

Bathroom: Two full bathrooms both with a wash basin, shower and flush toilet.

Additional Costs:

Non refundable damage waiver: £38 for all bookings. This negates the hirer from any liability to pay for loss of/or accidental damage to the boat or its equipment, but not malicious damage, loss of equipment by negligence or return of the boat in an unclean condition, which will incur an extra payment.
Refundable security deposit: A £125 deposit is payable with the balance of hire. It will be returned less the cost of fuel used when the boat and its contents are returned to the boatyard on time, in a clean condition and undamaged. Please note for larger single sex or celebratory parties the security deposit amount required is £500, payable with your balance of hire.
