Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: Arrive from 2.30pm on the first day of hire, returning your boat by 9.00am to vacate by 9.30am on the last day of hire.
A deposit of 25% is payable to confirm the booking, (minimum of £150.00), with the balance of hire due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Boat Description:

Highlights: A comfortable and versatile, 59ft semi traditional stern narrowboat, with smooth-running water-cooled diesel engine. Hot water 24 hours a day, with central heating from gas boiler. There is a 12V hairdryer on-board and a 12V phone charger point (240V up to 150 watts) - not suitable for high wattage hair dryers or straighteners.
Mobile Wifi (2GB limit) is available on the boat at a cost of £20 per holiday, top up is available if required. Please request this at the time of booking, if required.

Saloon: Spacious saloon area, with 'L' shaped sofa seating, which can be converted into a double bed in the evening. There is a TV/DVD and a Radio/CD player in the saloon.

Galley: Fully-equipped galley with work surfaces, sink, electric fridge (4 cu. ft.) and an oven and hob. There is also sufficient saucepans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc. for the number of berths.

Cabins: Two cabins, the rear cabin is made up as two singles and can also have an optional child sized bunk bed above one of the singles (suitable for a child under 12 years). The rear cabin can be converted to a double in the evening if preferred, but cannot be left as a double permanently. The mid cabin be configured as two singles or a pull-out double bed, there is a wash basin in the cabin. A slimline travel cot can be provided, request at time of booking, please bring own bedding for travel cot (limited number available).

Bathroom: One full bathroom with a sit bath and shower over, flush toilet and wash basin. A basket of travel toiletries is provided in the bathroom with a mini shampoo, soap and body lotion.

Additional Costs:

Security Deposit: For some larger groups (including all-male or all-female groups) there may be a security deposit payable on arrival of £250. This is fully refundable when the boat is returned on time, in a reasonably clean condition and without serious damage (or third party claims against you).
