Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: The hire period begins between 2.30pm and 4.00pm (latest) on the start day, returning your boat by 9.00am on the last day of hire.

When booking more than 10 weeks in advance, a booking deposit of between £125 and £180 is payable at the time of booking (varies based on total holiday cost). The balance of hire (or full payment) is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Damage waiver and fuel deposits are payable with the balance of hire, 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Optional Extras:

Pet Charges, per pet: £35 per week or £25 per short break. Pet buoyancy aids can be provided at reception (with a £10 refundable deposit), subject to availability.
Car parking: £15 per week or £10 per short break.
Sailing Dinghy: £70 per week or £45 per short break.
Rowing Boat: £55 per week or £30 per short break.

Boat Description:

Highlights: Low wash hull, twin sliding sunroofs over the saloon. Smart cruiser, spacious for four people but with accommodation for six using the convertible sofa in the saloon. Rear access for easy boarding and single floor level throughout. Diesel-fired warm air heating. Fitted carpets (except in galley area). Radio/CD player, TV/DVD player, hairdryer, 12V socket for mobile phones etc (12V car lead required). Inverter provides 240V power. Bicycles permitted with prior permission (please note that storage space onboard is limited).
Will not pass under Potter Heigham Bridge but will pass under Wroxham Bridge at suitable tides.

Saloon: Open plan saloon and galley with convertible dinette with table and comfortable seating. Dinette converts to a double bed at night. LCD TV/DVD, radio/CD player are all available in the saloon.

Galley: Well-equipped galley with four burner gas hob, grill and oven plus microwave. Cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils are provided. There is a small under counter fridge.

Cabins: Forward ensuite cabin offers either two single beds or one double. Second ensuite double cabin at rear of boat. The dining area in the saloon can also convert to a dinette double bed at night if required.

Bathroom: Two ensuite bathrooms, each with with flush toilet, shower and wash basin.

Additional Costs:

Non refundable damage waiver: £30. This negates the hirer from any liability to pay for loss of/or accidental damage to the boat or its equipment, but not malicious damage, loss of equipment by negligence or return of the boat in an unclean condition, which will incur an extra payment.
Fuel Deposit: £100, payable with your balance of hire. At the end of your holiday, the balance of any fuel remaining will be refunded to you electronically or any extra fuel used above your fuel deposit will be charged for on return.
Refundable Security Deposit: Please note that for all male or all female parties and for younger mixed parties aged 25 or under, a security deposit of £250 is payable on arrival instead of the damage waiver.
