Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: The hire period begins between 2.00pm and 4.00pm (latest) on the start day, returning your boat by 9.00am on the last day of hire.

When booking more than 10 weeks in advance, a booking deposit of between £125 and £180 is payable at the time of booking (varies based on total holiday cost). The balance of hire (or full payment) is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Damage waiver and fuel deposits are payable with the balance of hire, 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Optional Extras:

Pet Charges, per pet: £35 per week or £25 per short break. Pet buoyancy aids can be provided at reception (with a £10 refundable deposit), subject to availability.
Car parking: Outside parking included for 2 cars.
Sailing Dinghy: £70 per week or £45 per short break.
Rowing Boat: £55 per week or £30 per short break.

Boat Description:

Highlights: Elite cruiser. A top of the range, prestige electric hybrid cruiser offering comfort and refinement with dual steering from raised sundeck or forward saloon. As one of our Elite Fleet this boat also comes with a complimentary bottle of bubbly, towels & mini toiletries, free outside parking and onboard WiFi*. Bow and stern thrusters for excellent handling. Electrically operated anchor winch. Integrated platform for easy access. Facilities include a radio CD, flat screen colour Freeview TV/DVD in each cabin and the saloon, hairdryer. Diesel-fired warm air heating. Generator and inverter provides 240v power through numerous 3-pin sockets. Upper deck is fitted with sun loungers. Rhapsody is powered by electric propulsion backed up by a quiet diesel generator and solar panels to provide all the required power for propulsion and onboard electrical systems. Also has shore power 240V hook up. Bicycles permitted with prior permission (please note that storage space onboard is limited). Please note that this boat will not pass under Potter Heigham or Wroxham bridges (clearance height, with screens lowered, is 8ft 2ins). This boat has unlimited Wi-Fi at no extra cost. Please note the system relies on mobile phone network, so the signal cannot be guaranteed.

Saloon: Open plan saloon and galley with table and comfortable surround seating which can convert to a dinette double bed at night if required (measures 6ft 10ins x 3ft 9ins). Wine cooler, LCD TV/DVD, radio/CD player are all available in the saloon.

Galley: Well equipped galley with large fridge, microwave, cooker with 4 ring induction hob, over and grill.

Cabins: Three spacious double cabins, each with a TV/DVD. The dining area in the saloon can also convert to a dinette double.

Bathroom: Two bathrooms, each with with flush toilet, shower and wash basin.

Additional Costs:

Non refundable damage waiver: £40. This negates the hirer from any liability to pay for loss of/or accidental damage to the boat or its equipment, but not malicious damage, loss of equipment by negligence or return of the boat in an unclean condition, which will incur an extra payment.
Fuel Deposit: £200, payable with your balance of hire. At the end of your holiday, the balance of any fuel remaining will be refunded to you electronically or any extra fuel used above your fuel deposit will be charged for on return.
Refundable Security Deposit: Please note that for all male or all female parties and for younger mixed parties aged 25 or under, a security deposit of £500 is payable on arrival instead of the damage waiver.
