Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: The hire period begins between 2.30pm and 4.00pm (latest) on the start day, returning your boat by 9.00am on the last day of hire.

When booking more than 10 weeks in advance, a booking deposit of between £125 and £180 is payable at the time of booking (varies based on total holiday cost). The balance of hire (or full payment) is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Damage waiver and fuel deposits are payable with the balance of hire, 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Optional Extras:

Pet Charges, per pet: £35 per week or £25 per short break. Pet buoyancy aids can be provided at reception (with a £10 refundable deposit), subject to availability.
Car parking: £15 per week or £10 per short break.
Sailing Dinghy: £70 per week or £45 per short break.
Rowing Boat: £55 per week or £30 per short break.

Boat Description:

Highlights: Easy to handle, 'no-frills' cruiser with bow thruster, offering space and comfort, ideal for a couple. Surrounded by windows on 3 sides, you can view the lovely scenery as you travel along or relax in the evenings. Open plan double cabin with four-poster bed & sprung mattress (access from both sides) and full-length patio windows opening to outside paved seating area with table and chairs. 275 square feet of sundeck and covered walkways. Integral lounge area with sofa and LCD digital freeview TV/DVD and radio. Warm air central heating. 240V electric system with one 3-pin socket. Hairdryer provided. Bicycles permitted with prior permission (please note that storage space onboard is limited).
Please note that this boat will not pass under Potter Heigham, Beccles or Wroxham Bridges (bridge clearance height with screens up 7ft 6ins).

Saloon: Integral lounge and cabin area with sofa and LCD digital freeview TV/DVD and radio. Sliding, full-length patio doors lead to the rear sun deck and small area for al-fresco dining.

Galley: Modern, fully-equipped galley with breakfast bar. Oven, 4-ring gas hob & grill. Small, square electric fridge with icebox. Microwave.

Cabins: Romantic four-poster double bed in a large, spacious open-plan cabin / saloon area.

Bathroom: Shower and WC, separate hand basin in the front cockpit.

Additional Costs:

Non refundable damage waiver: £30. This negates the hirer from any liability to pay for loss of/or accidental damage to the boat or its equipment, but not malicious damage, loss of equipment by negligence or return of the boat in an unclean condition, which will incur an extra payment. If preferred you can opt to pay a refundable security deposit of £250 on arrival instead of the damage waiver. This will be fully refundable when the boat is returned on time, relatively clean and with no negligent damage or third party claims.
Fuel Deposit: £100, payable with your balance of hire. At the end of your holiday, the balance of any fuel remaining will be refunded to you electronically or any extra fuel used above your fuel deposit will be charged for on return.
