Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: The hire period begins between 2.00pm and 4.00pm (latest) on the start day, returning your boat by 9.00am on the last day of hire.

When booking more than 10 weeks in advance, a booking deposit of between £125 and £180 is payable at the time of booking (varies based on total holiday cost). The balance of hire (or full payment) is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Damage waiver and fuel deposits are payable with the balance of hire, 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Optional Extras:

Pet Charges, per pet: £35 per week or £25 per short break. Pet buoyancy aids can be provided at reception (with a £10 refundable deposit), subject to availability.
Car parking: £15 per week or £10 per short break.
Sailing Dinghy: £70 per week or £45 per short break.
Rowing Boat: £55 per week or £30 per short break.

Boat Description:

Highlights: Dual steering 'no-frills' cruiser with bow-thrusters. Large saloon with wrap around sofa seating. Raised external steering position with additional seating. 12v mobile phone cylindrical charger socket. 240v power domestic power supply with 3-pin socket. Hairdryer. This boat will not pass under Wroxham or Potter Heigham Bridges (bridge clearance height is 6ft 10 ins with screen lowered).

Saloon: Spacious saloon with wrap around seating and steering position. TV with Freeview/DVD and radio/CD player.

Galley: Well-equipped galley with fridge with freezer box, 4 ring hob, oven, grill and microwave. Cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils are provided.

Cabins: Three cabins, two with permanent double beds, and one cabin which can either be configured as a double or two single beds. All beds are 6ft 2ins in length.

Bathroom: Two bathrooms with flush toilets and showers. The forward bathroom also has a sit bath.

Additional Costs:

Non refundable damage waiver: £40. This negates the hirer from any liability to pay for loss of/or accidental damage to the boat or its equipment, but not malicious damage, loss of equipment by negligence or return of the boat in an unclean condition, which will incur an extra payment.
Fuel Deposit: £130, payable with your balance of hire. At the end of your holiday, the balance of any fuel remaining will be refunded to you electronically or any extra fuel used above your fuel deposit will be charged for on return.
Refundable Security Deposit: Please note that for all male or all female parties and for younger mixed parties aged 25 or under, a security deposit of £400 is payable on arrival instead of the damage waiver.
