General Facilities: A stylish and comfortable sports cruiser. Perfect for two for a weekend or midweek break. Electrically operated radar arch and electric anchor winch. Canopy over with warm air heating supply to sundeck. Fixed double bed in cabin under the rear sun deck/cockpit, accessed via the saloon/galley area (please note that this cabin has restricted headroom only). For alternative sleeping the settee area can convert to a double bed or 2 singles. Diesel-fired warm air heating. Easy access from the stern. Inverter provides 240V power (max 2000W) with 3 pin standard plug socket. Colour TV/DVD player, CD/Radio.

Please note that this boat will not pass under Potter Heigham or Wroxham bridges.

Kitchen Facilities: Galley with microwave oven and single electric hot plate (no grill or oven), fridge. Electric kettle. Cafetiere. Bathroom Facilities: Shower and toilet.

Price: The price includes boat hire inclusive of VAT, bed linen, t-towels, cancellation protection, buoyancy aids, tuition on arrival. Welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits, Broadcaster Magazine, information on the area and a Broads map.
Pets: One small well behaved pet is welcome at an additional cost of £35 per pet per week or £25 per short break per pet. Pet buoyancy aids are available with a £10 returnable deposit payable on arrival. These must be reserved at the time of booking.

Hire Period: The hire period begins between 2.30pm and 4.00pm (latest) on the start day, returning your boat by 9.00am on the last day of hire.

Additional Costs:
Compulsory Damage Waiver: In addition to the basic hire price shown for the period selected, a non refundable damage waiver of £30 is payable on every hire.The payment of a waiver will free the hirer from any liability to pay for loss of or accidental damage to the boat or its fittings and equipment, but NOT malicious damage, loss of equipment by negligence or return of the boat in an unclean condition, which will incur an extra payment.

Please note that for all-male or all-female parties and for younger mixed parties aged 25 or under, a security deposit of £200 is payable on arrival instead of the damage waiver.

Fuel Deposit: A fuel deposit of £50 is required. At the end of your holiday, your fuel usage will be measured and any difference either refunded to you, or paid for on return if the fuel deposit amount has been exceeded.

Damage waiver and fuel deposits are payable with the balance of hire, 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Optional Extras:
Car Parking: Onsite car parking is available as an optional extra at the following rates: Outside parking: £15 per week and £10 per short break. Undercover parking: £20 per week and £15 per short break.
Dinghy Hire: Lugsail Dinghy £70 per week or £45 per short break. Rowing Boat £55 per week or £30 per short break.
